EDAS have been working with the CTO of a large Application Service Provider who specialise in the supply of audio conferencing facilities using Internet technology and their proprietary software. His critical issue was that he wanted the ability to increase their revenues by providing value added alternatives to their customers.

He said that it was essential to supply additional capabilities within their existing service in order to grow their market share. Without continued product development, the future of the Company would potentially be in danger.

Their CTO said he wanted to find a way to economically add video to their audio-conferencing services and supply this on demand and fully integrated with their existing solution.

EDAS provided these requirements using the web based audio/video conferencing facilities offered by the CUseeMe Web Client and multi-point Conferencing Server from FVC. This enabled them to quickly integrate video capabilities within their existing service.

As a result, the company has achieved their growth forecasts, as well as improvement in the levels of customer satisfaction.
