Cost effective, Product Tutorials for InterMedia Solutions

InterMedia Solutions (the publishers of Rich Media Collection) uses its own software for Web based and CD Product Tutorials. Their critical issue was that the Managing Director was seeking a simple way to demonstrate the full potential of the IMS product suite to their own staff, resellers and customers

The Managing Director said he wanted to provide both Web and CD based product tutorials, which incorporated instructional movies with computer screenshots, 3D animation and graphic content, without the need for complex programming skills.

The Customer Service Team at InterMedia Solutions used DESiGN-CONTROL (Rich Media Authoring Software) and i-CONTROL (On demand Rich Media Encoding Software), to integrate instructional video and computer screen shots to demonstrate their use in rich media tutorials. The result was a very dramatic increase in the live use of the products by staff, resellers and by customers.
