Deutsche Telekom's successful Shareholders' web meeting

InterMedia Solutions (the publishers of Rich Media Collection) worked with the Client Director of T-Online, the web service provider. His critical issue was that he wanted to broadcast Deutsche Telekom's shareholders meeting live via the Internet.

Investors and the press would also attend shareholders meetings. These were expensive events, at which the CEO would make a very personal presentation to all who attended. The Client Director said he wanted a live event comprising a video presentation with synchronised PowerPoint slides and graphic images that would reach all shareholders, investors and press worldwide without loosing the personal nature of the CEO's message.

InterMedia Solutions provided LiVE-CONTROL (Live Rich Media Encoding Software) which enabled T-Online to broadcast the Deutsche Telekom shareholders meeting live via the Internet. As a result Shareholders, Investors and press representatives worldwide could attend this presentation and the event successfully captured an emotional and personal speech from the CEO. Deutsche Telekom were satisfied as their credibility increased whilst achieving significant cost savings.
